Market Feedback In regards to people selling "unopened/Brand new" Items

I believe frauds happen everywhere, rules are made for the benefit of the followers, conman will always find a bypass. The outcome of stiff/tough rules are borne by the genuine members who are at the receiving end. AFAIK, TE was never a market based forum, the market section is just there for the convenience of the members. A good genuine deals finally rests in the hands of the buyer and the seller. TE has already good rules in place. But still if the buyer does not verify/inquire enough, just coz the deal is listed in a reputed forum like TE, he might be taken for a ride. If buyer/seller relaxes and TE has to do most of the role play, it may be a deviation from the main theme of this forum. Seller/buyers can do inquiries at their level and then share best practices here so that other members can benefit.
