In wall surge protector socket

I am looking for a in wall surge protector socket. Basically I am playing with 220 AC mains and if something happens to electronic appliance, I don't want it to affect other electronic appliances in home.

Cheaper the better. This Belkin one costs 380 INR, but there is another brand which costs only 150. Brand is GM Modular. How good it is?

I just want a cheaper and reliable option. Thank you!

GM is a good company. Products have good finish. Does not charge the brand premium that comes in with Belkin.

There are more expensive options like this one - this cuts out power.

The cheapest option would be a socket with a replaceable fuse. Would be ~Rs 75. Fuses look very simple but are the best way to protect circuits. One issue would be that you would need to keep at least a couple of fuses in your home, so that when one burns, a replacement is readily available.
