The phone is running AOSP 4.4 stock rom. If you want, I can revert back to MIUI before delivering the phone to you.

Bump. Reverted back to stock miui 4.4.4 rom since many asked me about the same. The phone is running on stock rom now.

Forgot to add: it also comes with micro sim adapter which I got for free from Xiaomi. Couple of used cases and 1 unused screenguard in the package.
