Inconsistent MTNL speeds since last 2 days ??

For last two days i am facing very much inconsistent speeds on MTNL triband connection. Its not only torrents which are acting weird but browsing and HTTP direct downloads too. Sometimes i get 1 Mbps consistent but then it drops to less than 256 kbps.
Really not sure what is causing this problem ???

I was unable to connect even once yesterday. I had suspected that my old modem is acting up but the net is working properly today.

speed (512 kbps unlimited) is fine and was fine on saturday too.

I was getting too good speed on my 512 kbps unlimited but its gone down to 40kbps I am mindjakd is there anyone who has the same probs its been 4 days now

im not having any problems with mtnl.

lol im still havin probs with mtnl from day 1 but now thinking of shifting to nivyah good plans at much cheaper rates
