I purchased a stabilizer suitable for 32" TV by mistake.

The model is V Guard Mini Crystal. According to the Specs, http://www.vguard.in/pdfs/digital_tv.pdf, capacity is 1.3 A.
So, that means the stabilizer can handle 220 x 1.3 = 286W. Correct?

TV isUA40EH6030R and typical power consumption is 63 watts (according to Samsung)

Will it work?

TIA

The model you have bought is designed to handle a 32" flat panel TV alongwith a DVD player and DTH. Even if you are connecting a 40" TV to it make sure you don't connect any other equipment to it. Secondly, see that it does not become abnormally hot when connected to the TV for say 3 hours at a stretch. I personally feel stretching the stabilizer this bit should not be an issue.
