I know patching the usbport.sys to use 1000hz can damage the mobo.
Any such implications at 500 or 250hz?
The default 125hz is a little too jittery in games without a mouse filter.

Using the usb1.0 port if it makes any difference, the 2.0 ports need to be free for my flash card reader.

hmm I am using 1000 mhz mouserate with Copperhead, no motherboard damages yet..... the only this is a lil extra CPU utilization............
