Indane gas agency complaint (off topic)

Hi guys I am really fed up with my indane gas agency. They never provide gas cylinder in time . Its been more than 27 days since I booked my cylinder and till now no sign of delivery even though I went to their office two times already . This has been happening since 4 months and its really frustrating. Everytime for the delivery need to go to the office like 3 or 4 times then only the guy makes the delivery . I know there is a toll free no and indane website for lodging the complaint but they are of no use . If any one know any better way of complaining and taking relevant action against them please let me know.

Call the toll free 18002333555 and register your complaint. Worked for me. They have personnel from 8am to 8pm and IVR recording the other time.

Number doesnt works , it always gets disconnected while I am in queque, really frustrating. Moreover there is no online complaint booking services.
