yes....if it is shipped by DHL, if by US Postal service then you might have to go to the local post office and pay the duty there.....
There are also some Customs agents who can get your stuff out if incase it gets stuck in Indian customs office for some odd reason.
(I have had t shirts stuck for over a month!!!)

...but don't worry it has never happened that I have not received anything, though delays it always comes thru.
