also ebay's doesn't have frame .. that metal band which goes round the phone.

Amazon had a happy hour sale from 1 to 2pm today. They were selling the 64gb Oneplus One without invites. But it seems that it was more of a publicity stunt like Flipkart as when I checked at 1:00 pm it was already Out of stock. :)

I too observed the same, moreover thought it as technical glitch..!
