Indiana Jones and the Great Circle (Blessed Pearl Pyramid Quest)

In the blessed pearl pyramid quest when you get into the game room 2 stubs are meant to spawn at the start (what I've seen in all the guides) but only one spawns for me does anybody know how to fix this.

Could be game bug, try restart checkpoint or try different version.
