It is priced 2800$ in US . So i am guessing around 2 Lakhs price, i can build a great desktop for that price of-course barring the mobility aspect.
 
I had earlier contacted one of msi distributors (smc) and they said that out of the gs 60 series.. only the one with 4k display shall be launched in india.is this true ?
And if not any tentative date as to when the gs series with 9xx cards shall be launched?

As for your question, it's true, only 4K will be available for GS60 for the next release.

Hi there. GT72 is officially released with our official disty: (1) Acro Engineering (http://www.acrotechindia.com/)
(2) Mrig Technologies (https://mrig-technologies.myshopify.com/) You can directly contact with them for inquiry for delivery. As for availability in online shops like Flipkart or Amazon, it will be happening soon.

For GT80, it will not be possible for MSI to release in India due to expensive BIS certification right now. Special delivery method might be possible at the moment if this is the case. The main problem is that customs in India is very strict in their implementation for electronics imported abroad.
