Why? To use your gift voucher most effectively you will have to buy something worth Rs. 1500 and you'll get it for 1500 - 250 = 1250. But this item probably costs Rs. 1250 in the market in the first place. Thus the gift vouchers are effectively useless or worse
However to get these gift vouchers in the first place you bought something at a hiked price >> loss. Oh and I'm discounting the agony and mental anxiety associated with Indiatimes Shopping based on the customer reviews here
