Terms and conditions
1. The FREE holiday Voucher and other gifts will be non-refundable, non-cashable, non-extendable, non-transferable and non-negotiable
2. indiahotelreview.com (subsidiary of Vriti Infocom) shall provide and manage ITBC/LMIL FREE Holiday package (domestic). It is an online marketing and sales company with interests in Travel & Accommodation promotions in India with business tie-up with holiday resorts across the country wherein they promote and sell business for their member resorts.
3. Information on how to claim the FREE Holiday Voucher and other gifts will be enclosed within your order pack. The FREE Holiday Voucher and other gifts will have to be issued within 60 days of the invoice post which the claim for the Free holiday voucher will be forfeited.
4. Once issued, the validity of this FREE Holiday Voucher shall be up to 12 months from the date of issue, except for certain dates mentioned to the customer in the voucher. Specific terms and conditions relating to the FREE Holiday Voucher are being set by the managing partner, indiahotelreview.com and will be clearly mentioned on the voucher itself. The member will also be required to pay Rs 800 as utility charges to the managing partner, indiahotelreview.com.
5. The FREE Holiday Voucher would entitle a 2-night/3-day stay only for 2 adults and one child below the age of 5 years* at any one of the 27 Indian destinations listed in the promotional material. (*This offer is not valid for Mahabaleahwar, Lonavala, Matheran, Ganpatipule, Puri, Daman, Ooty).
6. FREE Holiday Voucher will not be valid for groups, employees of ITBC/LMIL /Vriti Infocom and their family members.
7. ITBC/LMIL will hold no responsibility for any liability arising from the use of FREE Holiday Voucher. The availability and quality of the services will be the responsibility of indiahotelreview.com, the service provider only.
8. Vriti Infocomm will be liable to the extent ITBC/LMIL's legal liabilities to its customers arising out of any deficiency in service by Vriti Infocomm of it obligations under this MOU.
9. ITBC/LMIL reserves the right to terminate or extend this offer or any part thereof at any time.
10. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts and forums in Delhi/New Delhi only.
11. Employees (and or relatives) of ITBC/LMIL its divisions and associate companies, sponsors and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this offer.
