Laptops Inexpensive basic laptop

One of my relatives (who is an accountant) need to buy an laptop. The intended use will be doing her accounting activity in Tally and Word/Excel, occasionally watching movies, surfing the net. It should be inexpensive and need not have any high-end CPU & Graphics. So basically she is looking for one that will be as inexpensive as possible, but should be able to meet her usage requirements.

She has had a look at Acer One, and seems like for her accounting activity in spreadsheets, the screen size would be a big issue. So, no EEE/Wind/One for her. Please suggest options.
