infected sessnmgr.exe file Urgent!

Hello
norton on my pc shows a threat at c:\windows\sessnmgr.exe , but it fails to clean it.
and because of this infection my pc automatically keeps uploading tons of data when connected to net. (my bsnl broadbamd bill reached 2000 last month because of this ). Any suggestions how to get rid of it without formatting ?

Remove norton, install kaspersky or nod, and clean ur pc...

Alternatively, there's somethin called Ultimate boot cd,, i think it has an antivirus, so u can use it to clean ur pc without bootin into windows,,,thus much effective...
Make sure u get one with latest virus definitions..

Once cleaned installed Kaspersky...with firewall..

Format is highly recommended..
