I want to create some infographic, where images, hindi, gujarati, english text are added f.or information on various topics

What software are the best and how can i create on Windows 10 and Android phone

Please suggest paid and free best software

You can also check out Canva and Draw.io, both are online, Canva has a phone app as well.
