Really wat the hell is wrong with him making multiple GO's, he's giving you guys the proof too..I dont know this guy, but prima-facie, theres nothing wrong..
Else everything is a proxy sale...For an allposters.com GO, did you ask all posters to register on TE? Really..please stop this bidding for the registered dealers that you guys are doing..You are attacking the very basic foundation of a community..
Making a member look like a thief or a cheater for the sake of a dealer is not something to be proud of..and least you can do is contact instead of throwing infraction at your whims without really giving the other party a chance..
What proof do mods hav of him being guilty..lets see that..

Im really not taking side, but its getting irritating to see members being cornered for things like this, all for the sake of a few selfish dealers who come crying at any sight of competition..Dont make this an extended market place for them..Make a stand dammit..Hold the higher ground like you guys always have..
Its sad to see whats happening..No ones guilty unless proved otherwise..

Its amazing how you can make all the wrong assumptions to make a literary piece out of it and then talk about substance.

EDIT - Again you are making an assumption that he was not warned/infracted before for the same reasons. Staff will not issue a warning every time the same/similar incident occurs. If you don't have the facts then you can ask for them. Till then it would be wise not to pass judgment.

I feel member GO's are a check mechanism for keeping in control greedy dealers(if they decide to become greedy that is )

Look guys now i don't care what mods did n waht happened. Im no more interested in getting deals for TE n now i REQUEST mods to please close this thread(I hope i'll not get infraction for requesting). I don't want members of TE to fight bcz of me...

Though I'm curious @ the mods. Was punker given a chance to prove his case ( as party monger says he wasnt) to prove his innocence before he was infarcted ?

There was no case to prove really. We received info from a couple of members that he was selling on behalf of Waseem. Shripad had seen the bills, so an infraction was in a way serving 'official notice' of the same. He responded saying it wasn't right.. so I double-checked again myself and it stays the same. Nowhere did we deny him the opportunity to refute the allegations.

If we keep asking people to prove their innocence first before we infract, then think of the spammers and the amount of time wasted As you said, as long as you aren't banned you have plenty of opportunity to prove its a wrong infraction. We have never hesitated to reverse a wrong infraction and that has happened as recently as last week.
