Yes. Everything works perfectly except onboard wifi. For that I use external USB wifi dongle. I have been hackintoshing since 5-6 years and I never looked back. Never used Windows at all. Only if I screwed up my current installation and if I needed to boot into Windows, even thats very rare as I mostly can do everything in Terminal. Currently I am on 10.9.3 and this very reply I am making from my hackintosh build with Chrome Browser.
