Is there a way to install MS Dos on a Flash Based USB Drive... I have a transcend 128 MB stick and i want to install MS Dos onto it and make it bootable...

doesnt transcend give you a cd with some utility to make your thumbdrive bootable ?

1.If your usb drive is lesser than 256MB
Firstly ,your USB Key data must be deleted completely.Memorykey,is a tool that formats your key(works for only <256mb) in harddisk mode and installs a FreeDOS kernel on there (with FAT32 support).

2.If your usb is >= 256MB
Use the Windows-based Format Utility for USB Device from HP

3.Finally, check the nice tips from "Create Bootable USB Flash Drive" for getting started an operating it.
