Installing ICON pack

I am using windows xp sp2 and now i have downloaded VistaVG black theme and i am using that. But i dont how to install vista icon pack or pasting that icon pack somewhere in the system as i did it for vista theme...
Please give me a solution for this...

Hmmm, I use Stardocks's Icon Packager.

Simple to use and plenty of icons sets to choose from.

If your applying a vista theme then first your need to patch your Uxtheme file. That should allow your to change your theme. Manually altering all icons will be very hard work. Get a EXE installer from the web instead. Do a string search for vista icon pack on google. Reverting from this change is a little tricky as far as i know. Most of these packages have bugs.
