installing mac osx on virtualpc or vmware

can someone point me a guide to installing mac osx on vistual pc or vmware. preferably virtual pc.... provided i have a legitimate copy of osx...
when ever i try to search for the same i land up with guides running windows on mac osx while i want the other way round..

if some one could point me out, or tell me it cant be done...

system : amd 5200+ and 4gb memory and 8600gt

Won't be possible with your legitimate copy of OSX you need a modded one, look here for more info
