You might need to lower the prices because a brand new i5 13500 costs around 23.5k. 13500 is better with the following advantages:
  • Has 2 more physical cores
  • Includes an integrated GPU Intel UHD Graphics 770
  • Has slightly better IPC gains, which result in slightly better perfomance in both productivity and gaming (1-4%)
  • Consumes lesser power.
6 P-core vs 8 P-core. (much more future proof for games who can acutally utilise them)

this processor is on average equivalent to a 13600K.. maybe 3-4% less compared to the unlocked i5 and it does all that without over-heating like the unlocked i5.

IMO its a pretty good deal and i have some interest aleady.. it should sell at the mentioned price easily and if it doesnt ill adjust.

For all potential buyers.. I was actually curious on how it can be that a cpu with lesser p-cores beat a cpu with 2 more p-cores in literally anything at the same clock speeds.

So after finding some time i have done some research for you guys..

5:58 - 12700 cinebench scores.
6:10 - 13500 cinebench scores.

So 13500 loses in cinebench even with the so called extra 2 cores and higher IPC

From this video here:

We can also conclude that with no power limits the 12700 is almost equivalent to the 12700K in gaming performance.

From this video here:
12:44

We can also conclude that 12700k performs mayhbe 1-2% less compared to the 13600k.

And from this video:
14:11

you can clearly see the performance difference between the 13600k and the 13500.

for someone who is looking to upgrade right now.. you can actually buy the msi mortar max b660 motherboard (enables you to OC locked intel sku's) and OC this processor and it will beat 13600k at stock.

RANT:
I dont understand this toxic culture of shitting on someones thread (this has happened to me twice now.. and mind you someone actually bought at my asking price before even when the whole forum was price policing the thread).. what are you trying to achieve? for any sale thread if the buyer feels the sellers price is a good deal he will make the purchase? if he doesnt he wont buy it.. why is a third party like deathblade with biased opinions allowed to make comments and ruin a potential sale? i would also like to add a thought that everyone has different opinions.. who is someone to enforce his opinion in a sale thread he is remotely not even involved in? Just something to consider for the admins.
