Need a cheap cpu + mobo combo.
At least i3 8th gen or Ryzen 2400g. with basic motherboard.
Only need to run some old games and multiple chrome tabs.

I also have a Lenovo M920x, which can be configured with i3 8th Gen that can take a single slot half height GPU which can run older games, on say a Quadro P1000.
