CPU/Mobo Intel 845GVSR not booting up

Hi, i have an old intel 845gvsr mobo with Intel P4 2.4Ghz 478 processor 512mb ram, the system used to work fine till yesterday, but today when i press power button, the system does not boot No BEEP NO DISPLAY AT ALL but all fans, HDD, DVD rom, floppy drive lite up, i tested RAM, CPU, PSU all r working fine on other 845 motherboard.

Is the motherboard dead or is BIOS corrupted?

If bios is corrupted is there any way to recover it?
i have floppy drive lying around but will have to check if its working also i will have to look for floppy disk which is in working condition.

Is it possible to recover bios, can any one hepl me with the entire proceduere, google does not give me a solution i am expecting, so plz help.

The BIOS can not just get corrupt over night. Try the board on a different set up, PSU/RAM CPU.

well i already tried that, but no avail....will try floppy disk recovery....

Then you board has gone bad, if it is not working on a different setup. I doubt BIOS flash will correct it. If it is not even booting how can you flash it..?
