  3. eBay listing preferred though optional

check once again, its 6% with insertion fees and 1% of the sold amount is charged in monthly ebay fees along with 10.2% service tax.
 
^.. That insertion fee (also called listing Fee) is only Re. 1/- but is waived for the first 20 listings along with the Final Value Fee... Anyway listing fee is nothing but its the Final value Fee which is charged @ 1% Flat...

So its only Paisa Pay charges of 4% + applicable tax of 10.3% = 4.4% I didn't included tax which will be charged on that 10% only, not the entire amount...
