hey guys just got my i7 setup yesterday and cldnt be much happier

there was some problem with my HDD so had to buy a new one for installing OS

now its ok and here it is

hope u guys like my setup

here is my rig now

CPU : Intel core i7 920 D0 Chip

Mobo : EVGA X58

Ram : Corsair 3GB 1333 DDR3 Triple Channel

Gpu : Palit GTX 295 (680/1500/1100)

PSU : Corsair 750W

Monitor : 22 Inch Chimei

Keyboard And Mouse : Logitech G15 And MX 518

Speakers : Creative 2.1
etc..

hope u will like my system

just checked out TF2 and Left 4 dead and iam getting like 200+ fps

it droppes to like 150 when here is a horde rush

pretty great FPS

also will be OC soon

Tell me what u feel about my rig and can i do anything to improve?

congrats buddy also i think a bigger screen is in order to fully realize the potentials of this awesome rig

i really dont wanna buy a new screen its not worth it from changing to 22inch to 24inch

also i have oredrered my THOR HAMMER with help of mediahome(bought from some1 else but he helped me alot)

will be OC soon stay put
 
congratulations on the rig bro :)

its quite a animal !!

try a raid setup or a WD velociraptor 10,000 rpm HDD . They are incredibly fast and have lower latencies.

otherwise not much one can improve.

maybe 6gb of low latency ram as when you can add, will also give a very nice boost to system performance.
