CPU/Mobo Intel Service Center ??

Intel Motherboard (in warranty) of one of my cousin had went kaput.When she asked her vendor (not trustworthy) about the service center , he told that Intel service center is in Delhi.I doubt this. .

can someone tell me if there is a service center in MUMBAI ?? If so, where ? If not, whats other possible solution besides Delhi option ?
