Dell Optiplex 3000, 12th gen i5 12500t. These were available last week for around 29k each. I didnt take it. If you want i can ask if they are still available.

It is going to be... thats why i didn't take it. The HP 12th i have was expensive too but there is still some leeway in the price I quoted, but not for the Dell above. Only 2 units were available in the entire market.

Considering that new ones are available over 45k that 29k is a good price. Since 12th gen is very recent. It is bound to be on the higher side.
