Nexus has the SGX540 clocked @ 304Mhz. But this one has SGX540 @ 400MHz. So thats a ~32% clock advantage over the Nexus!

As you would have read from the review they are bringing in PowerVR SGX544MP2 by the end of the year. iPhone 4S uses the SGX543MP2. So the GPU should get a serious boost by holiday season. You might also see Motorola phones with Medfield cropping up by Christmas.
