Woohoo, looka this:

A G7x part with 16 pixel pipelines and running at 600 MHz would exist at the $350 to $400 price range. This part would of course spank all of the current high end cards (6800 Ultra, X800/X850 XT PE), yet be offered at a lower price point.

Me wanty! I am saving up for this beast and will be able to afford it early in the next decade! :(
 
Though in the next decade, we'll probably have full 3d holographic displays.
Wow...Doom3 would be really scary then, huh?
 
Well it certainly is not gonna be a jump in performance noted last year with the NV4x series spanking the 9800 XT. Nevertheless at this moment if you wanna buy a card, waiting is the best policy.
 
Or the x800xl is the best bet.................nd add a x800 crossy laters..

But for tht u will require a new mobo too :rofl:

The thumb rule in computing. But stuff when you need it and what you need.
If you keep waiting you will always be waiting.
Dont expect it to be in india for atleast 2-3 more months or even more. Supply will be soo tight it will what 6800U used to cost here ( remember 47-48K pricing? ).
Its been more than a year since 6800U launch and still the 6800U is rarity here.
