Get a 3.5" HDD casing, you can fit place your HDD inside and can connect with your system via USB, it will act as an USB HDD

any link which one to buy??? like any particular company??? will the speed of data transfer gonna reduce??

You will get max 480mbps USB 2.0 speed, here are some

You are most likely going to get either Techcom or Enter brands....

You can have a look at Transcend Storejet priced at INR 2000 approx with USB 2.0 and eSata.

Also there are el cheapo brands like zippy's priced at INR 500 Approx with USB 2.0 only.

Some casings support only upto 1 t.b.

Just check that up before buying if you plan on hooking up a larger hdd.

^ strange, my casing supports 500gb according to manual, but it works fine with my 1TB
