suggest me one app to know which apps are using net and how much

and have to kill them

Well not so sure, but you can use dumeter, it will show the current network bandwidth as well as it will also show which app is using the network

if you are using KIS, goto network monitor and it show download, upload, total bandwidth....

or you can get packet analyzer or similar app

I use NetLimiter. Shows bandwidth by application, and also has provision to restrict the bandwidth per application. It isn't free, though you can get it from 'sources'

I didn't try it, but the screenshots on the website do not show the current download speeds. Does this show those?
