Internet Bandwidth and Usage Monitor

Please suggest an Internet Bandwidth and Usage monitor. I know one which is DU Meter but it is only trial. Any freeware ??

Bumping my thread again, haven't read any of the above yet

But I need a monitoring tool to see details as well like bandwidth used very hour and such breakup.
So say in the night if the internet was down for some reason then it should show either zero usage or something like no network connectivity so in morning I can see that at night net was disconnected and such.
