HI , My Pc is Pentium 3 with 256MB RAM with OS of windows Xp service Pack2. I have installed Norton Antivrus 2005. I have a internet connection of TATA Indicom dial up 2.6 wirelessm. When i coonect the Internet He connects to the internet Quickly But When I disconnect From the Internnet My PC Hangs and Iam Not able to open any application or even shut down the PC , it becomes very slow. My CPU utiliztion is 100% COul u pls help me out
