can i install it on top of IE 7 beta 2 or i need to uninstall beta 2 first ? ill lost some settings n stuff i have to uninstall beta 2 :(

EDIT : got my answer ... u need to uninstall any older version before u can proceed with IE 7 Beta 3 installation.
 
Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3 may have memory handling advantages over Firefox

Demonstrating that the entire world doesn't have to be delayed on account of Microsoft Office 2007, the company's Internet Explorer 7 team triumphantly plowed ahead with its Beta 3 release this morning. If the troubles we had with installing IE7 Beta 3 - after repeated uninstallations and Registry tweaks - is indicative of the problems others are having across North America, then maybe the bad news doesn't stop here.

I made a similar thread here . Good bottle closed it. For noobs wanting more info. can always have a cursory look over there. And Sandy it's meant to crash, after all it's a beta.
 
Hmmm .. beta 3 has been quite stable till now ... infact i like it quite a bit .. fast enough ... compatible too ... and the quick tab feature really rockz ...
 
i second that...
works and feels like firefox, and no page incompatibilty problem either
quick tabs rock!
even the kb shortcuts are the same....
Best of all, the memory foorprint is actually smaller
Firefox better come up with a rocking version fast!
