Internet Proxy App?

Hey guys,

I need a good Internet Proxy App...

Would like it if it runs only on my Computer, 2nd program on the other pcs shouldn't be needed.. Its ok if it is required.

Should be easy and quick to set up.

Preferably, I should be able to control the bandwitdh allocated to the other pc.

Also, If possible, Id like to not use a router in the middle. Its ok if i absolutely have to.

Ok, I know thats a lot to ask for.. But is there a program even remotely close to what I want?

if you want a VERY simple proxy (with no bandwidth controll) use AnalogX Proxy

otherwise CCProxy seems to have what you want
