Intex it2600 (blaster) 2.1 speaker query

hello guys, is there anyone in this forum having this speaker and residing in Chennai. If so plz tell me guys as i want to talk to you regarding the worthiness of this speaker. If this speaker is better than my existing Intex 2000w 2.1 speaker then surely i will go for it.

I heard both Intex 2600 Blaster and Intex 2000.Blaster sounds good (and much Powerful) compare to 2000w...
 
If you have 1.3k to spare, consider Logitech X-210. Intex ones, though sounds good on its younger days, will lose its quality more quickly with ages and controller knobs goes dead very soon.

X-210 has good enuf power and good quality sound too. Far more powerful than Creative SBS 370 or A300 in almost same price tag.

i own an intex 2600w one[2.1 with 4 satellites :)]. Its was really nice when purchased, and now it comes nowhere near its older days. Actually its bit powerful than X210, but considering reliability, i vote for X210.

Actually i wont be using the controller knobs of the speaker at all mate. I will make sound adjustments only with the volume control in windows. And also i am currently using the 2000w model of intex, and the quality is the same as in the beggining. Its nearly 2 yrs old.

My question is, will the control knob go bad only if I adjust them frequently ?. In case if I adjust them for the 1st time and if i am not going to touch it (even the power button) will they go bad ??
 
Is there any1 having this speaker ?. Actually i want to check the sound effect in my pc ( having a yamaha ds-xg ymf724 sound card). If m satisfied then surely i will go for it.
