Intex launches Aqua 4.0 Dual SIM Android smartphone for Rs. 5,490




Intex, the Indian electronic company based in Delhi, have now released a new phone known as the Aqua 4.0. It is not really known why the phone has 4.0 at the end of it's name, as neither does it have a 4 inch screen, nor running Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich. The phone as a 3.5 inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. The phone runs on a processor of 800 MHz and runs on the now very old Android 2.3, Gingerbread. It has two cameras, a front 0.3 Mega Pixel and a rear 3 Mega Pixel. The phone also features Gravity, Light and Proximity sensors, which are usually not included on phones of this budget.

The phone had support for Indian languages such as Hindi along with English, and features many features such as Sound Recorder, push email, mobile tracker, traffic monitor etc which are usually available to Android users..

The phone is available for Rs 5,500, in two colours, black and white.
