Intex has launched a new Android phablet called Aqua 5.0, which is the successor of Aqua 4.0 launched in Aug. The Aqua 5.0 is a budget phablet packing 5 inch display which will compete with the likes of Micromax A110, Spice Stellar Horizon and Intex Andi 5c.
The Intex Aqua 5.0 is a dual-SIM handset and packs a 5 inch display with 800 x 480 resolution . It is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage expandable via microSD card. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
It has 5MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash and a 1.3MP front facing camera. Connectivity features include 3G, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.0 , GPS , 3.5mm jack and FM radio. It is powered by 2000mAh battery.
It comes with pre-loaded apps including Flipkart,IndiaRail, Nimbuzz, Skype and more. It has Gravity, Light and Proximity sensors and supports Auto Call Recording feature.
The phone will come in three colors - silver, blue and black and it is priced at Rs 9,990. As an introductory offer, Intex is bundling a back pack worth Rs 700, a 4GB microSD card and NQ antivirus free .
