Inverter and battery setup for home (microwave)

I am in Bangalore in an independent house, and there are power cuts when there is a downpour. Looking to buy an inverter battery setup. Usage:
  • 3 lights and 2-3 fans
  • 1 laptop and 1 monitor
  • A microwave (input 1200W)

Microwave will be used for about 20 mins, if at all. Most days, it won’t be used. I am considering at a ~1500-2000VA inverter, and 2x150Ah batteries. Please suggest the best setup for this usage.


Budget: 20-25k
