Investment in Real estate - Navi Mumbai

Hi!
I am looking for investment in real estate as one can get good returns in few years compared to FD/MF.

I am complete noob in properties and looking for a flat in Navi Mumbai as the prices are lowered at that side compared to Mumbai..

with having an Max budget of 15L..

In which area should I buy flat for a good rise/return in 4-5years..

Also Property Ownership: FreeHold/ Power of attorney / Ownership (What does this mean& which one would be better)
 
I live in Navi Mumbai. The amount you have, is it surplus or are you going to take a loan for investing.
In case of loan, you can get a 1RK or 1BHK on the outskirts.
In case of surplus, I would advise you to invest this money in a Plot on the outskirts of Panvel, where there is a new NAINA project coming up. This has been designed keeping the Airport in mind and has fruitful returns in the coming years. The good part is that most of the villages that fall under the NAINA project are very well within your budget. Although do understand the entire game before entering into any agreement.

All the best with whatever you chose. There are several loopholes and several jackpots in Navi Mumbai. Your game is to identify these and bank on them. ;)

Eg. Loopholes: New Constructions.
Eg. Jackpots: Redevelopment FSI that CIDCO has passed for buildings over 15 years and above is 2.5! And there are plethora of societies that fall under this range likr AirIndia Colony (Nerul), PL series of buildings in Panvel, etc, etc.
 
If he is buying real estate surely he is investing 50 Lakh plus or 99% i am sure he is.
And investing this much into share and in one go...I would only advise my enemy.
