Hi,

I dont know much about investments except saving in my savings account and LIC.

I am 28 yrs old and married and want to know about long term investments like 15 - 20 yrs. do you think Unit plans are good for long term investments?

What are medical insurance plans and how do these work?

Please guide me guys on this or advise some magazine/newspaper/channels/website where i can know more about these things.

Whats the aim of your investment ? Tax planning? Growth? Regular income? Unless u are clear on this its difficult to go ahead.

Yes,there are ppl who will know about such stuff, and pretty well too, but I would still advice you to go and talk to a proper financial planner. :) You need to figure out wat kind of cash/savings you will need in your future and begin planning for it accordingly.
