IP Address and Wiki

Guys I have a Reliance Broadband Connection. Everything is fine but i am facing an issue. The ISP we connected to Me,My friends and Nearly all Chandgarhians(

) are all but having the same IP address. Its a gateways on the website we have access to not explaining much. Now the Real problem is that. I want to register on wiki and as i know about this IP thing so does wikipedia and i can't register on it. I get an Error:

This is probably due to persistent vandalism from the IP address you are editing from, which may be shared by many people if you are connected to the Internet via a proxy server (used by most schools and corporations and some Internet service providers) or dial-up access.

Now what to do? :\

Go to hidemyass.com or search on google for "proxy". Open wikipedia from there and then register. Once registered open wikipedia normally.

Use free secure VPN instead of proxies for things like registering etc.

Why don't you use any proxy website or make the account using somebody else's computer.
