iPad 3 Safari full screen

How do I go to full screen mode in Safari on an iPad 3? I didn't see any option. Searching the web tells that there is an arrow at the top right to go full screen, but I don't see any such thing.

Full screen as in you want the top search and address bar also to go away ?

Yes. Similar to what happens on desktop browsers or in other mobile browsers. No address bar, no tab bar and no status bar.

No idea how to do natively but i am pretty sure a jailbreak tweak exists for this.
