WTB iPad air or pro

Looking to purchase an iPad with the pen preferably with at least an m1 chip, don't care if it is Air or Pro, not the Mini though,

My budget is around 30-35k, I can a get 5th Gen M1 iPad Air for 32k from someone I know but he doesn't have the pen, I'm open to increasing my budget a bit only if it is reasonable.

Why not buy the ipad for 35k and get a used pencil for 4/5k.

yeah that would the last option to buy iPad from friend at 32k and then look for a used pencil in 4/5k range, i was hoping for a deal where I could get both the pencil and iPad together instead of buying separately
