iPad and MTNL 3G will do ?

Guys I'm thinking to purchase 3G iPad, tell me if MTNL sim card will work or not ?

Ofcourse I will jailbreak it and cut the sim card the way it needed.

But does 3G work all parts of Delhi ? and what about BSNL does it work most urban cities of India ? (while m roaming)

You won't need to jailbreak it. Just cut the sim and you should be good to go: iPad 3G working with BSNL 3G in India | woikr

And BSNL provides free data roaming over it's network across India. Including over MTNL in metros. So I suppose MTNL would be providing it too.

Should work fine ..you might be able to use the trick to get unlimited 3G @199 too by downloading the app from cydia that let's you set the apn etc

Will seriously miss Camera on iPad now.Imagine using Video chat with working 3G network from BSNL.The possibilities are limitless .
