iOS ipad mini2 problems

Hi,
Using ipad mini2 16gb. Its connected to wifi , but webpage is not loading or is damn slow.
yahoo app shows some error and gamil app is not updating recent mails.
I'm still using ios7 because I have only 2gb free space.
Also now the software update is showing error after checking for updates.

What do I do?

Try restoring a backup if you have one.

did,nt backup

try reseting network in settings-general.
else update
try takung backup
download your correct version of lastest FW. search your model no and download correct IOS version.
open itunes, Shift+restore and select the FW.
finally restore the backup.
