Don't think they have warranty since he must be retailing it in the grey market.
 
its not a good deal then .. if its software unlocked .. how can there be a warranty on software unlocked .. once u unlock it u loose the warranty .. r they locked to vodafone or airtel ot to at& t ?
 
He has clearly mentioned dealer warranty. So its not apple warranty. Plus its the dealer unlocking the phone so ideally he should entertain the dealer warranty even after the unlock. My 2 pence.
 
dealer warranty in this case is as good as no warranty as this is an iphone .. i havent found any dealer in this country who can repair an iphone .... even airtel and voda dont repair the phones they simply give u a replacement . unless he plans to replace it as well which is highly unlikely
 
I just wanted to notify the members here, about the the best deal which is available here. If you guys find it to be unworthy, then no issues.
