guys please suggest me iphone 4 accessories - screen shield [both sides] and case.

I searched for gadgetshieldz iP4 shields in ebay but they are not available

also suggest me a good case.

I'd say order a few from dealextreme. I like the harder, dry application shields better.

I got tired of the orange peel effect, though it gives a lot of grip. But they are too soft and can come off (a lot in my experience) if not applied perfectly.

The dry application shields (if you get the right one) will last a few months. The cost per shield on my last order was 60 bucks or so. Don't think anything can beat that...
