IPhone 4, Can This Version Be Unlocked?

Hi guys, my friend has a iPhone 4 , which is locked under AT&T and the version is 4.3.5 and modem 4.11 , can this be unlocked to use it here in india?.. pls help...

The link you gave is for iPhone 4S only and will not work with iPhone 4.

Btw the link you have given is ebay link but it actually points to applenberry website.

Google for gevey. Buy one off eBay or from applenberry.

i contacted one seller in ebay, he quoted me 3200 bucks.... is it that must costly?

Bad news mate, if ur baseband is 4.11.08, there's no gevey sim for it.

You need to downgrade to 4.10.01 and then use gevey. Now, you might also need shsh blobs for lower firmware.

There's a tut for downgrading from 4.11.08 on smashiphone.net

Hard luck dude. If you wanna wait, look out for applenberry site. They have meticulously mentioned gevey working with 4.3.5 but *with preserved baseband 4.10.01

In a few days the gevey sim will be available for iphone 4 baseband 4.11.08......for some 60$.
